How to View and Manage Your Hosting Services

This guide explains how to view and manage your hosting services from the Falcomms Client Area.

Accessing Your Hosting Services

To manage your hosting packages, first log in to the Client Area.

Once logged in, click Services or select My Services.

This page lists all hosting products connected to your account.

Understanding the Services List

Each service entry provides key information about your hosting package.

The list typically shows:

  • The hosting package name
  • The associated domain
  • The billing cycle
  • The next due date
  • The service status

The service status indicates whether your hosting account is active.

Opening the Service Management Page

To manage a hosting service, click Manage Product next to the relevant package.

This will open the service management page.

What You Can Do From the Service Page

The service management page provides several useful tools.

You can:

  • Log in to cPanel
  • Access Webmail
  • View hosting usage statistics
  • Create email accounts
  • Change your hosting password

Upgrading or Cancelling a Service

If you need more resources or want to change your hosting plan, you can use the Upgrade/Downgrade option.

If you wish to stop using a service, you can submit a cancellation request from the same page.
